  This place is the worst! How can there only be ONE person in the bank qualified to open new accounts?!?!? The service is so slow and the employees are SO rude and inept. Maybe I'm the crazy one, expecting to go into Chase bank and have helpful, knowledgeable Chase representatives wanting my deposit and business. Clearly, they do not care about their customers or community.

  Customer service is exceptional . we all miss Mary. The new employees seem to be just wonderful. I hope they keep up the good ness. Best bank I have ever used

  Not the branch but, the bank itself and their customer service is horrendous. I disputed 2 $100 withdrawals from my account that were from a third party scam. I was immediately refu ded the money. I said, great!! Spoke too soon. 1 month goes by and Chase bank steals the money right out of my checking account with notice given beforehand. What makes this worse is they refunded the scammers. Customer service was atrocious! No help or reason for giving money back to a scammer!! Steer clear of Chase bank!!!

  Robert was so helpful. He was so busy, as this bank gets very crowded, but he stopped to help me. He greets people and seems to have regular customers that know him. Excellent customer service by him!

  I never see bad altitude staff's any other bank. Bank open time at 9.but they didn't open on time.

  The worst customer service. They locked my account because I started an account online . Then when I went to get it all fixed I waited an hour to get serviced with two people to service me on the floor . It makes no sense . Would not recommend using chase at all .

  I'm a Chase customer, but after my terrible visit here I may reconsider going back to People's. The overweight, white lady with blonde hair and glasses couldn't be any ruder. We just had our son, whose name is Lincoln. Rumor has it that this is supposed to be the last year that they mint the penny, so we figured we should get a dollars worth (which People's Bank does). When I went in here to ask, it would have been enough to inform me that Chase doesn't carry change in that way, but I never expected to be spoken down to and in the manner that I was spoken to. I inquired to find out, not to be given attitude. I thought Chase was in the field of customer service, but apparently this teller couldn't be bothered. I guess we aren't opening a bank account for our little one here

  Very pleasant and very helpful whenever I go there. They also try to keep the place clean by wiping down the chairs and tables after each customer
