  I am always greeted with a smile when I come to this branch, and Alex is always knowledgeable about the accounts that are offered at ACU and she always make me feel like she is listening and that I am being heard.. Thank you Alex you’re awesome!!!

  I have been banking with this branch for years and they go above and beyond customer service. I recently acquired a personal loan to payoff debts and the process was seamless with Jackie as my loan officer.

  This is the best place to do banking. The employees are incredibly helpful and great at explaining things. If you're ready for a new credit union with an amazing staff, this is definitely the place.

  I had an amazing experience with this branch. Could not have a better deal anywhere the amount of work and dedication that the workers perform is second to none they helped me with my car loan and even got it a better deal than expected. Thank you everyone for your hard work, determination and knowledge.

  I switched from this bank to BECU and BECU is 100 times better in so many ways. ACU is not a bad bank overall but it is not a helpful bank in my stage of life. It doesn't have the best interest rates but doesn't have the worse. This bank definitely controls your money as well instead of being a support system. The staff and customer service here is definitely better then it use to be.
