  I AM EMBARRASSED! VERY EMBARRASSED! I have been a customer of this store since the location opened. Pawn One Monroe, could be called a neighborhood store back then. I think the Monroe Pawn One could have been Pawn One's second or third location. It was wild back in those early days. The store could have been called family owned and operated then. Now!!!! Wow, Pawn One has changed! Though the family is around. It is rare to see the folks in the store. Instead, you are now greeted by a professional staff. At this location the staff is headed by Tearin the store manager & Morgan his right hand man. Both of these men continue to be gentlemen at all times! Amidst the storm of humanity, going through hard times. These two men behave like firemen. Rescuing people in the worst of situations. I see these folks at work almost twice a week. I have been shopping here in this store near two times a week since it opened! And not until this moment has I thought to write the stores PRAISE! I have always been treated with Familiarity! "WELCOME TO PAWN ONE!" They always look up, and greet me. Tearin searches for eye contact. Tearin the Manager here sets the stores tone, the staffs tone even hard working Tracy, looks to Tearin for his knowledge. I think Tracy has been in the business since... : ) I genuinely enjoy my trips to The NEW MONROE STREET PAWN ONE! You will be treated well no matter the SEASON! Thank you...... it is embarrassing how Richly Pawn One Treats its customers!!!!! And Rightly Too!!!

  Great customer service from Belinda!! I went in for a chainsaw and she made sure I was greeted! The chainsaw works great I highly recommend this pawn 1 my favorite location !!

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was given a fair loan amount for the items I brought in. The store is well organized and had great deals on jewelry, electronics and many other items.

  I went into the Monroe store and I was surprised by amount of stuff they had to choose from I was helped immediately by the guy who was walking the floor I think his name was Todd he was very polite and helpful definitely will be back
