  I cannot say enough about Clear2Close Brokers - as others have shared, Paul and Danielle are consummate professionals who are ALSO incredibly warm, insightful, and strategic in helping you get the absolute best loan solutions for your specific situation. This past year they helped us with a complex three-property sale/purchase, including our first time with a bridge loan, and they handled it with grace and expertise throughout the entire process - communicating and updating us consistently right up until the final loan was in place - all of which surpassed our expectations in terms of cost and quality. I could not recommend them more…!!

  Paul did an excellent job of communicating and moving extremely quickly. Pre-Approvals were simple and easy and were good for a year, giving us the flexibility to shop around as long as we needed. Communication about rates and timing to process a loan were also extremely clear and easy to understand. Paul got our loan processed faster than I think any broker could have done it AND it was over Christmas. Can't thank him and his team enough for working through the holidays to get us into our home. :)

  If needing to access a mortgage or to refinance your home, be sure to include Clear2Close in your search. I was needing to take a loan from my home equity and hadn't sought out a mortgage in 20+ yrs. It was daunting. What I discovered was that of all the lenders I worked w/ Paul, Danielle and team were the only lenders that were customer-focused. When asking for rates, what I got in return was a clear presentation of all costs, a video clip of Paul telling me what to look for, and behind the surface analysis. It was fantastic. No other lender that I worked with gave me close to the same information. With the other traditional lenders, I had to proactively seek-out and fully self-advocate to make anything happen and I had to do all the analysis myself. Do give Clear2Close a call if needing a mortgage; you will get a great experience.

  I had an opportunity to work with Clear2Close Brokers as a Realtor and a client. I can only say amazing things about Paul and Dani's team. I absolutely loved my experience with them and they helped to close my deal with such experience that made me trust them all the way through.   Paul & Danielle are amazing, they've helped us tremendously in closing our loan and as well kept an eye on them for better rates even after closing. Most lenders or brokers will never do such a thing nor want to stick around after the initial sale! We're truly for grateful them personally and on a professional level.   Paul and Danielle were everything my wife and I had hoped for in a lending partner for our first home. They were incredibly fast and responsive, yet also took the time to teach us the process and the reason behind each step. Their time and knowledge given will be a major asset in future purchases.
