  I was reluctant to open a new acct after reading Chase Bank reviews. I went by this bank today to make a deposit. All staff including the bank manager were helpful and very friendly. I'm so happy with my choice to move from Citibank to Chase.

  Local people are great. Corporate has hold times that are absolutely unreasonable to report fraudulent charges.

  Awesome customer service. They have the new atm inside (one that is basically a teller) and their representatives are nice and don't push products.

  not friendly, only one teller every time i go to this location. i tried to get a new card and there was "issues" with forms of identification. a drivers license isnt enough. i would prefer to go somewhere else this location is not professional.
