  I worked with Franco, Barb, and Megan on purchasing our first home. They were very responsive, professional, and educational! We loved their video explanations, and Franco spent extra time teaching me the ins and outs of the finances behind home buying to build a handy excel sheet for me to make informed decisions. They work hard to make sure you can close and will even make efforts past business hours to get **** done. We did end up having a delay due to some incorrect numbers and miscommunication, but they worked hard to clean it up and minimize delays on closing. Highly recommend working with this team!

  Franco talked me through everything I needed to know about the home buying process before I began my search. I also expressed to him how important it was for me to have a female real estate agent, and he found me a great one. As a single, first time home buyer, him taking the time to make sure I understood the numbers and the process really meant a lot to me.   Barb is THE BEST. We were first time home buyers and during our consultation she made me feel so much more confident about our decisions. It made me feel so much better that our agent recommended Barb and Franco as having the highest integrity and being so good at their business. She was there for us for every house we considered and was always available when we needed her. We would recommend them with 10 stars if it were possible and should we ever be in the market again there is no one else we'd work with.

  This team is AMAZING. I have worked with Barb and Easton on two separate occasions, and both times they have closed my loans in record breaking time. Not only that, they were extremely responsive, educational, and patient through each step. Don't waste your time with other mortgage groups because Barb and team are simply unbeatable.

  Barb Multari and her team were fantastic to work with. The entire mortgage process was so much easier than my husband and I anticipated. We were first time buyers and she explained the entire process in great detail. Not many people carve out over an hour of their day for one of the smallest mortgages they will service! In addition to the great service, Barb is just all around a wonderful person. I had a surgery and she sent me a get well soon fruit arrangement. I would recommend Barb to anyone looking to buy a home!

  Would recommend Pathway to anyone buying or refinancing. Barb and her staff are extremely professional and 100% have the client's best interest in mind. We closed during COVID, a time of a lot of changes and uncertainly. Barb was always looking out for us, keeping us apprised of changes, and made sure we got the best deal. They go above and beyond!
