  Update: Oct 2017 - I have just refinanced again and this has been a great advantage to me financially. David made sure to carefully show me the options and to help me understand the choice I made. So yet again... I am so pleased with Mortgage Choice. The rest of this review is what I wrote 2 years ago, and I would say exactly the same thing again. READ ON...I have had the pleasure of working with Mortgage Choice numerous times over the last 10 years or so. David Tyndall has an incredible work ethic, wants the best for his clients. He has built this business from the ground up, and has trained his team to have the same passion for taking care of the client. Mortgage Choice is interested in learning what I want to accomplish, and they have helped me build a plan to meet those goals. I have always saved money with Mortgage Choice, and they really do the work for me. I am incredibly busy, as most folks are, so they make the process easy for me. They are professional, courteous and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend them to all of my friends, colleagues and those of you reading this whom I have not met.

  These guys are great. Our realtor recommended them for the purchase of our house and we couldn't have been more please with them. We worked with David on our latest mortgage and he was great. Very professional, very courteous, and very thorough. I know we weren't the easiest to work with given the way my salary at my business is structured, but David worked through all the hoops and got it done. Like I said before, my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with how Mortgage Choice handled everything. I would highly recommend them for any one looking for a mortgage.

  David met with my me and my wife as walk-ins about an hour before closing time, and he couldn't have been more delightful to speak to! He gave us all of the information we needed and helped us make some critical decisions early on as first-time home-buyers. He also recommended the perfect realtor for us, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and helped us close faster and at a lower rate than we thought was possible.
