      This branch is very unprofessional from regional managers all the way down to the teller line. They are not competent with your money... many errors in the handling of cash. Expressing concern to higher up doesn't matter, they are more concerned that their feelings are hurt by bringing up and shedding light to there lack of competence. This is a reflection of the top. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION,

      I have been banking here since I was a teen started in San Francisco. Love this place from the teller to the manager. Love your free coffee and hot chocolate as well. Thank you.
