  Diana (Linh) Siu is very unprofessional. I was there to open an account and she gave me a hard time ‘accepting’ documents SHE HAD ASKED FOR that I provided. She lacks understanding of the banks policies as she kept referring to her colleagues and manager for answers. Once it hit closing time and her manager left, she was rude and provided no customer service, I guess she was ready to get me out of there to go home.

  Worse bank, I opened a secured credit card two years ago and had been trying to increase the credit limit since than, but they have denied it Everytime while other banks have gave me ten thousand dollars in unsecured credit. So I don't understand why they make it so complicated.

  Something wrong with the shopping center in general. Several cars loitering in parking lot and by bank. Only place open was tea shop. Tried to update my maps information was greeted with several issues while doing this including drops in internet as some people walked in and out of building.

  Called in to make an appointment with a banker and ended up waiting 30+ minutes upon arrival before being helped. I even called 10 minutes ahead of time to confirm my appointment and make sure I could be served right away as I had another appointment to meet. Upon arrival, the banker decided to take another client in during my agreed time slot. What's the point of making an appointment if this is going to happen and I end up waiting anyway? Get it together. Tip to anyone reading this, dont bother making an appointment, not like it'll be honored.

  I have the same issue, I'm waiting for 1 hour, then the banker collected all my existed documents then told me, one document is lacked but even it not important, but she let me go back after all docs ready. Wasting time.

  Very rude experience with a banker (Michael Dinh) there this morning. Trying to apply for a credit card for my daughter and he refused to look at the available options. There was no greeting, no warmth no friendliness at all. I observed him being friendly to the previous client. I am a long time customer of Citibank and this is the worst experience there. I may not be a customer much longer. There are many other banks out there.

  Saw people's reviews on Google that was scared me a bit by going to Citi bank. However, when I visited this branch on last Thursday, the personal banker Rachel who was very helpful to answer all my questions and needs. Definitely will continue banking with this Citi branch.

  Excellent experience. I open my bank account today service by Miron Truong. She spent a lot of time to answer all my questions. Only the waiting time would be quite long if you done go earlier.

  Whats the point of the bank if they cant cash your check??? Makes no sense terrible. Very bad. Not good. Unpleased. Waste of time.

  Very rude branch of Citi Bank. What's going on about Citi Bank? Is this how you treat your clients?? Top Manager or supervisor, do something please !!!
