M S1Very Poor service I called them 3 times for a single question but no one answered it then I had to come there for that and people are working in side they don’t care about customers are waiting in line and they are walking around and talking no one asking for any help i waited there in line 20 minutes for a single question I wish I could give negative star but I can’t

LEO B. (ELRAZO69)1Worst service they have here. People waiting in line for more than 20 minutes outside waiting to get in, and they don't say nothing until 5 minute before close that they won't take more customers, so we wait for 20 minutes for nothing. Slow service too, the other day it took them 45 minutes to process 3 deposits because they have a new person and they weren't helping her to speed things up, and that's in top of the wait to get helped. Definitely need to be more speedy and better customer service.

Kal cali15This is differently the only Wells Fargo branch that management has common sense. There is a line. Those that wanted to use the ATM and those that wanted to see a teller. It took less than 7 minutes to withdraw money. Unlike the other branch located on Tully Rd and McKee Rd in San Jose, California They have everyone waited in the same line. Regardless if you are use the ATM that located outside or the ATM that location inside or those that waiting to see a teller. Such a wasted of time and resources. To the management of this location THANK YOU SO SUCH!

Jo Gamma1If it were possible to give less than 1 star I certainly would. I recently moved here from Northern California where I belonged to a credit union. The credit union is not in this area so I opened an account at this Wells Fargo because it was close to my home. I have had nothing but problems since day one. This Bank does absolutely nothing for its customers without charging them. I get recurring checks from a person making payments to me. So these are regular checks from the same person and at the same account bimonthly. This Bank makes me wait 3 days before I can withdraw or it's even showing in my account. Now they tell me I cannot deposit a check from the same individual because he doesn't have an account with this ridiculous Bank. When I tried to make a deposit of $1,100 it would not allow me to do so because I could not make a deposit larger than $300 in a day?? I thought, truly that can't be serious so I went to the bank and questioned this practice. The teller replied since they don't know me I could possibly be doing something illegal by making large deposits and this was only for my protection?? But if I wanted to keep more money in the bank at all times I could have a commercial account and therefore be able to make larger deposits. When they first gave me my debit card and I had given them cash to open the account my card was denied the first two times I tried to make a purchase which was embarrassing. The reason I was given when I called the card company was they wanted to make sure I was the one using my card and it was again for my protection. The other thing that is really annoying is they have an employee that wanders around the lobby and catches you before you get in line to ask you how they can help you. Then they walk with you or point you to the line you were headed for anyway. Then to top off this idiotic practice they tell you the next teller we'll help you when you reach the front of the line?? I want to say "Duh.... is that how it works?" What would help is if that person would get behind the counter and become a teller and make the line go a little quicker. I think I will look around for a credit union and I can bet on being charged some kind of a penalty from Wells Fargo.

Pradeep Kudlur1I had very bad experience scheduling appointment with notary at this branch. They discourage customer coming for notary service at this branch. For notarizing one document they have have wait time of 1 week. If they are not willing to offer service better say this service is not offered rather than making false excuses (seriously 1 week wait time for notary).

Y Lee5I've been there since 2016. Everyone here is friendly. I went to several Wells Fargo branches. This branch is really nice and helpful compared to other branches. I like the atmosphere here.
