  Can’t even withdraw cash from this branch fairly fast enough. They make all customers wait in a single line. This is basic; first job of a bank is to let customers get cash from their account. If they can’t even achieve this in a timely manner, not fit to call themselves a bank. What is more interesting is you have representatives who argue with customers when customers give a feedback. Repeats everytime I go there! They have 3-4 walking reps - whose job is to only ask you “how can I help you?” and to argue with you.

  Not recommend Worse place i never ever seen in my life, a big line of customers more than 12 people and bank has only 2 cashiers available. Nobody’s care about your time. After waiting a longtime in a que cashier lady last name Nguyen refused to give me a bills of ones because i need $500 of ones. Totally disappointed at this place. 👎👎

  Deposit is easy with the well designed ATM machine. Customer service is great! The appointment very easy to make. The manager, Mrs. Huynh is so nice and helpful!

  Customer service is very bad. No appointments done, no queue service followed, systems don’t log on. Long delays and wait times for simple services. They dont follow a simpme appointment and queue system.

  Only 1 out of 4 ATM works for cash withdrawal without having any “signs” that could be placed on the same day if something broke down at last minute. Wasted 30 mins in the line for ATM and missed that 1 working ATM & now standing in the line to get cash out from the bank and wait time is 45 + mins....

  I have made an appointment for notary and got a call from bank few minutes before the appointment time and said limitations on notary service. If so, why don't you mention in your website. waste of time.

  All B of A branches suck for customer service. It used to be that traveling abroad the ATM access was better…but not anymore. B of A does NOT want your business. Almost any other bank is better. Really.

  I have literally never waited in line so long. I understand new restrictions, but a 25 min wait in the heat then another 20 min wait inside. I look around 4 people standing around not doing nothing. It got so bad I had to walk out. Then told me as I’m walking out I should have made a appointment. All I needed to do was cash a few checks I need an appointment for that. If you can go to another bank. I see the 2.2 start rating it should be lower.
