  Great credit union, but why isn't there a Patelco in Fresno, Ca? I can't even use a different credit union to share branch with Patelco in Fresno. It's easier to share branch with a credit union in Washington State than it is to from Fresno, Ca. I can't go inside any other credit union in Fresno to deposit money for Patelco. I have to use an ATM and that is dangerous when you have cash in your hands. People move to the Bay Area and establish a Patelco account and sometimes move back the the valley or they commute to the Bay Area. It would be nice to have a Patelco in Fresno for people who commute to the Bay Area from Fresno.

  called to schedule a deferral for a month and was caught up on my payments and apparently the employee that I talked to never took anything down, which means I am now behind on my payments. called customer solutions and they refereed me to a deferral site which didn't fix their mistake, not mine.

  This is only a ATM!! This is not a branch location. This is a call center for Patelco. Only 1 ATM and plenty of parking. I wish they would open a branch here in Merced.

  Great employer. Great to a member as well and they help a lot to the employees and members. I wish I can put more stars than 10 I would rate them 20 stars. Awesome people.

  Reaching out to them by phone is horrible. EDD is probably has better service.
