  When I first met with Robert, my credit needed some major work and he was very honest and pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed or at least clarified. Within 6 months my credit scores had gone up enough to consider looking at a home and when I found the one I wanted he went above and beyond to get me the best rate and loan type that was available. He is truly an awesome human being and I will definitely go thru him again with any of my future home loan needs.

  Robert was actually the second lender I contacted, and I am glad I did! He did not let me down. He and his staff are all very personable and professional and they were on the ball the entire time, unlike the previous lender. He even got me a lower interest rate at the very last minute because he saw the rate drop from what I was originally going to have and he took quick action to get me that lower interest rate and we still closed the deal on schedule. I especially appreciate his approach- instead of saying "well you can qualify for a loan for (some high end large amount)" and having me end up with huge mortgage payments that I might have a hard time making, he asked how much I was willing to pay each month for my mortgage and then told me how much of a loan I should get if I wanted to pay that amount. That is exactly what I needed, someone realistic. I really appreciate all of the work he did for us. When it comes time to refinance, I hope Robert is still around because I plan on going to him!
