She is extremely knowledgeable of the different types of services that you offer and took time to explain each one.   Happy Friday Everyone This is my second 5 Star Review on Farmers Ins. Credit Union in Merced. I would like to say that Jeff Huebner that works in the Lending Dept is extremely good at what he does, he is polite and very knowledgeable about the credit cards that they offer. Great Job Jeff .....you were the icing on the cake of my wonderful experience with the staff at your branch.

  Stephanie was so helpful, I had been struggling to login to apply for a loan with farmer. Stephanie went out of her way to email me an application. She also assisted me with application for depositing money from my personal account in to my Farmers account. We need more people like her, who go out of their way to assist those in need. I needed to get this document in a time sensitive manner and Oscar stayed with me so that I could verify that I had the right information.   Daisy helped me get the proper paperwork filed for my PPP loan forgiveness submission. I’m glad she was politely persistent or else I might have missed a deadline if it weren’t for her staying on top of things to assist me.
