  I’ve had my home and car insured by State Farm for almost 30 years in Chicago, For approximately 15 of those years I had my trailer Insured at Pat Malone's office in the dells area. since I kept my trailer full time in Winconsin Dells, never once had a claim until I thought I was going to have one this year. First thing I found out was that my deductible was changed without my consent or knowledge, then I find out that State Farm denied a claim that I thought I might have had without looking at my trailer. When I asked Pat Malone for help he did NOTHING! Other countless issues I had at this office i.e.when I requested info from his office they sent me everything else but what I needed including information from my home which had nothing to do with his office. I believe that if I was Caucasian, I would’ve seen better service from his office, It appeared to me that minorities at Pat’s office don’t receive the same exceptional service that we received in Chicago. If you’re a minority beware! Try a different State Farm office in another city in Winconsin. All Pat is good for is taking your money and maybe being a little surprise when you ask him to transfer your policy to another office in Milwaukee.
