The wonderful Baraboo local banker Kristy walked me through Online banking, Apple Pay and Wallet and helped me find a way to get the help I needed. She was patient, kind and a wonderful representation of Wells Fargo! Thank you!!!

Rick and Ella Sherman1We have had to deal with this bank regarding accounts that my mother-in-law had. My wife is the executor of the will and the bank said it was not good enough we had to have mom's signature. When we said she was died they said well you need to get her signature. Mom payed over $5000 to a lawyer to have the will written up and ready but eels Fargo would not accept the lawyers work. They kept dwelling on us needing to get the signature of a dead person.

Joshua Stone1Horrible branch. Been calling for weeks, 20 or 30 times a day. Not one answers. Went in and all door are permanently locked it seams and it say call us to set up and appointment. Got in line for window drive thru and after an hour and a half we got to the window asked them to give me a printout for all my bank statements for the last year and they said okay. After 20 mins they came back with 3 months and said this is all we can’t give you, your holding up the line. Please make an appointment. I said I can’t because no one answers the phone. She just shut off the mic Untell I drove away. Super rude and now I stuck on a banking loop. Never bank with them.

Tencho Stankov1Do NOT use wells fargo bank. NEVER! We tried to do wire transfer. I was charged same as my cousin. We both made the transfer together at the same branch with the same banker. A week later not the money weren’t at the final destination which we paid to get to but we were charged twice. Even the banker who spoke with the resolution center and made the transfer told us that the whole situation is very odd but i guess nobody cares about the customers at this bank. I will never trust wells fargo bank anymore for any services. Before you open account at this bank read all people’s reviews. Search for a bank who cares for you and you will be appreciated

Mary Field5I didnt have the greatest experience on the phone with Wells Fargo, but it also wasnt this particular bank I spoke with. After having gone to this bank and working with several people, mostly Alexandra Albis, who by the way, was delightful, and one of the sweet girls up front, i totally changed my mind!! Thank you for your help! Though it was through a death that brought me there, Alex was very sweet and helpful!! Thank you!!

BENJ WINN1Had an overdraft on my account and deposited a check. They placed a 7 BUSINESS DAY hold on my money because of overdraft. They don't notify you until after deposit. So basically they HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE because I couldn't remedy my account right away. Got in touch with customer service and they can't do anything because this branch manager won't call them back like answer. Not to mention the snooty attitude of whomever I talked to at the branch on the phone. Im sure not all the people here are awful people but i would avoid this bank/branch.

Mike Zweck1I think it is pretty ridiculous that drive up hours are 9-5! You need to be open earlier or later or both for people that work 9-5! All other banks in town are!!!!
