  Whenever I am with my mother they have a hard time doing what she asks of them. I’m not one for negativity; however, they never send her her receipts for bank transactions. Like it’s a bank why would you not give someone proof of their transaction?

  Apparently you need an appointment to open an account you need an appointment. Not only that, but it would take 2 hours to open a bank account. Not quite handy

  Despite being a small bank with limits on what you can do, you can still do basic transactions and is a nice little place! 🙂

  Declined my application to open an account! I guess they do not want business that bad. I will not recommend them to any family or friends. Would not give them any stars if I had the choice.

  I have been a BMO customer for years. Of all the branches I've visited, I must say that WI Dells has the poorest customer service and the rudest employees.

  I've been trying to get through to someone on the phone for the past half an hour. Nothing. It rang for literally 15 minutes before I gave up.
