      I've been visiting this branch each month for the last two years making payments on an account with a different credit union. So convenient that they can take these across organizations. Today there was a small mistake made that I didn't notice until I got home. I contacted them and it was immediately corrected without having to return to the branch. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I continue to love this company and location!

      The credit union itself is awesome but every time I go into this location I’m met by some rude young girls, I went in to reset my pin and was told there was nothing she could do and basically dismissed me if I didn’t want to wait a few weeks for a “reminder in the mail... so I called the customer number and welp they reset my pin without an issue right there. Please properly train your employees and maybe consider hiring nicer, more motivated to actually do their jobs and more mature women.

      Went to open an account, they are working by appointment only. Will like to know WHERE is that written or specified on their website! I had to drive 10 miles to get to nearest branch ugh!!!

Just like so many other industries, our staffing levels are being impacted by the recent spike in COVID cases and exposures. We are doing everything we can to serve our members via appointments, drive-thru services and video tellers when we are forced to close our lobbies due to limited staffing. Due to the ever-changing nature of this situation, we only posts notices on our website when all branch services are unavailable.

      Going to close my savings since the bank thinks it’s ok to take without me knowing for withdrawal to share aka the banks pockets not ok don’t recommend using this bank will start pulling all money and saving cash cause when I save my cash never gets picked at.

      (So here's an update 4 month later no one ever reached out to me don't bank with them I'm about to close my account) My fiance and I normally deposit our checks through the ATM and it clears almost immediately. This week when rent was due it hadn't cleared and was charged a $35 fee. I contacted customer service and explained our situation and hoping for help. Instead I received contempt and anger. I would understand if I had yelled or anything to receive that response but I hadn't. When I looked at the other reviews I understood. While I understand that customer service can be a difficult job especially this year, there's no excuse for my treatment. Especially when it's me having questions about my money. Not to mention my living situation and credit at risk.

      One of the worst banks we’ve ever used. I have never gone to an establishment during business hours and the doors are just locked and no one is there. Most times when we try to call no one answers or calls back. The automated teller lines are usually out of service at our location. I don’t normally write reviews but I have been so frustrated with this bank it is worth letting other people know how disappointing this place is. There are many banks to choose from so it’s worth finding one that puts their customers first - because this one sure does not.

      I don't usually leave a review but honestly I am so disappointed in this company. We got a car loan from this company 6 years ago and at first all was great. A month ago the car was totalled my insurance company mailed the pay off. The first check was never received. Contacted the call center. Zero empathy. Zero understanding. They said call the insurance company cancel the check. I did Just that. Another week goes by. Call to remove my car payment from coming out of the bank account. Agent on the phone said it was than after a long hold told me I needed to come to the bank. Go to the bank and got a rude person. I asked about my account what do you want to know. Than refused to remove autopayment. Said it's a 35 dollar fee to remove it. Than said I had to call my bank to remove it even though it was not set up on bill pay with my bank. It was set to automatically come out through partner. The rep said to cancel the check. Again. No one said to cancel a check.. I asked for a manager. Was told it would be 30 minutes and she gave me attitude. See the thing is I have really good credit and another credit union that would love my business. The car is totalled and my plan was to purchase a new vehicle and give the business to partner but after this terrible experience I will never. I will continue my business with canvas. When I call them I get a great experience. Now that they have received my payoff. I'm canceling the account and taking my business to a company that cares. Considering your motto is we serve you. Word of mouth is important but also providing your customers with a great experience is as well. I have already contacted the BBB about this issue.

      If you're not with Partner credit union and only a shared branch member. You get 0 respect, courtesy or additional options for help. I needed a check for $2800. They only go to $2500. My home credit union says Partner should be able to help me. But they refuse... over a check. No money... a check that I needed for rent. They don't care about you, why would they?!

      Crystal was rude and condescending when i called to have them unlock my online banking account. Smh. Asked for someone else and she left me on hold for over 3 mins, just to tell me, "no one was available" .

      I spent decades with a-not-to-be-named bank until I just couldn't reason out staying with them after they were splattered all over the news in the worst way. I'd stayed because I thought it was the best I could do. Was I WRONG! Joining Partner was one of the best decisions I could have made; the customer service is nothing short of WONDERFUL EVERY SINGLE DAY I VISIT. The incredibly caring - I mean they CARE - bank representatives from every area greet me with a true welcome, even remembering details about my life. They helped me through a family loss situation; making it as easy on me as such a thing can me; walking me through the necessary documents and to-do's. The free shredder, notary and more was a God-send. Not only that, they assisted me with faxing documents to prove my loss and scanned them as email attachments for me so that I could use them from home since I have no home scanner. If you want to go - as the famous song from "Cheers" goes; where everyone truly knows your name and they're always glad you came..." (and the lines are never long if there are lines at all!) you want to do business here. Seriously.
