  I have been waiting for a year to have a full color and highlights! I drove 59 miles round trip! Not to mention the cost of gasoline! I was prepared to spend big bucks for the service. I arrived at Parlour & Main 40 minutes early. They WERE NOT BUSY! I sat on the sofa for 15 minutes and no one even said HELLO! After 15 minutes I walked out the door! Thank goodness they didn’t do my hair! If this is how they treat customers I consider myself lucky!

  Hey Hope! Our salon is full of independent contractors and book by appointment only. We do not have a receptionist to greet customers. Each stylist welcomes their own customers usually at their scheduled appointment time. We take pride in giving our clients our undivided attention as your specific stylist was doing with her current client when you arrived. As you stated, you were extremely early for your appointment. Your stylist was eager to accommodate you in the same uninterrupted manner if been given the appropriate chance. She was searching for you at your appointment time. We also tried to call you. Since you were absent at the time of your appointment no shows are subject to a $25 fee for future reference. Thanks for the insight on our salon policies.

  I can't say enough great thing about how perfect Abby Reece got my hair. And she deff had her work cut out for her with my hair! Foiling my whole head take hours I have super thick hair. Plus I'm in a regrowth stage from shaving underneath. She listen to everything I was looking for and hit everything from the color to cut to the style right on point! It's hard to find someone who can get that platinum blonde in one sitting! I would recommend her and this salon hands down! Great environment super nice people, I will deff be going here for now on!

  I love this salon so much!! I always leave so happy, the prices are beyond fair and I am so comfortable at every visit. Definitely recommend!

  I came in today for a quick cut and had an appointment with Courtney - she did a wonderful job! Very sweet, easy to talk to, and made suggestions based on how my hair grows. It feels a million times better than the mop it was before!

  Kayla does an outstanding job with cuts and color. She is always able to suggest a hair style that will suit my face and provides me with tips and tricks for styling once I get home. She is friendly, professional, and definitely a skilled stylist.

  Awesome clean, friendly, and fun salon. All the ladies are so nice and very talented. Katelyn is my favorite! Love everything about this place!

  The stylists at Parlour & Main are so talented! Kayla has been doing my hair for years, even after moving out of state I still come back to get my hair done!! The salon has a great look and feel and everyone is super kind, I really can’t speak highly enough about this salon.

  Parlour and Main is seriously the best salon! I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my hair. Kayla has been doing my hair for years and she does an amazing job! Katelyn does a fabulous job at make up - highly recommend! All of the staff is super friendly and the salon is so well put together! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
