  I have worked with Sharon & Katherine for a number of years now. As a REALTOR in the area, I have high expectations for the lenders I refer my clients to. My clients have been happy with the response and personal service that have been provided by this team at Element Funding. Out last closing, which was in February 2022, we had a clear to close more than a week from closing and closed in less than 30 days from contract to closing.   I was refinancing, to a 15 year, in an effort to return without a house payment. Sharon helped that along much better than was expected. I was able to pay off several other debts. In turn reducing my monthly output to much less than I was before the refi... including the new mortgage! Great Team!!

  Katherine, Sharon and the whole team worked diligently on our refinance, they were able to bring our interest rate down and lower our monthly payment, all while dealing with issues from our current mortgage providers. They met with us in office and worked for hours to find a solution with us and got our loan closed as fast as possible. I have watched them advocate for their clients and it really matters to me. I would recommend them for any of your funding needs. First class and very communicative. They even gave us a sweet card and some amazing goodies as an added bonus. So happy with our service!

  These folks helped my wife and I through the mortgage process every step of the way. If they didn't answer the phone when we had a questions, they called back within just a few minutes. Their online process made the collection of mortgage related documents simple, and really expedited the process.

  Sharon Wofford has been awesome. It’s is a great feeling to have such wonderful people to help and guide you thru the process of being first time homeowner . Sharon was there every step of the way . She said if I had any questions call her. Each time she answered and if she didn’t she would call right back . I honestly think she is an angel.
