  I completed my first re-financing yesterday evening (we have previously used Parkside for 3 new mortgages). Everything was very well-run and we received a great rate. When the closing agent (unassociated with Parkside) asked us how long ago we had reached out to Parkside, he was shocked that Parkside was able to complete it so quickly. Big kudos to Adam and the Parkside team for not only providing great rates but also at a lightning speed during a chaotic residential lending market!
