  I cannot praise Mark Gallagher and his team of ultra-professionals enough. The entire process was the best loan experience I've had. Questions were answered quickly and clearly with no muddled language. Mark provided the program I asked to be provided and not what he wanted which is not what most agents do. My experience has been that loan officers will try to give you what they want and that is why I've not processed a loan before this one. So, to be short and clear, I would recommend Mark Gallagher and Park Place Funding to my family and close friends and I look forward to working with them in the future.

  I have always had excellent service through Caroline Gallagher-Craig at Park Place Funding. She is able to answer all of my questions, resolve any issues, and get my refinance done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their refi needs.   If you want honest, transparent, and timely updates on your loan/refinancing, I highly recommend you give Caroline of Park Place Funding a call. No matter what the challenges were with getting my refinancing approved, Caroline’s professionalism remained consistent. She demonstrated compassion and understanding. Having a very busy life, I appreciated being able to handle all the transactions (with the exception of the final documents) by way of emails.
