  I had been battling through an interminable refinance process for about two months with NewRez and getting nowhere. Through an inquiry I made with LendingTree, Kevin contacted me. I explained that I was already in process with NewRez, but Kevin was more than willing to 'give it a try' to get there first. He was everything NewRez were not. He was attentive, very responsive, and kept me fully informed on progress. Kevin and Breeze Funding completed the process in 6 weeks. A first class experience. Thanks.

  In searching for refinancing options Breeze Funding attracted my attention. I was impressed by my initial conversation with Jacob Barragan. His guidance and clear suggestions were most helpful. He asked for my financial profile in some detail. Based on that he offered the best interest rate I was offered thus far and I readily accepted it. However, there arose a problem: he asked for my original pension offer letter, proving that it was for life. I lost the that letter and was unable to get a copy from my former employer AT&T as it was totally restructured. I had several other reliable income sources which I thought was enough for securing the loan I asked for. Jacob insisted on the letter as a condition for obtaining the best interest rate. Jacob was instrumental in finding a way to get it through Fidelity which managed its distribution. I was impressed! If anyone asks me for any funding or finance questions I will gladly recommend Breeze Funding and specifically Jacob Barragan. Thank you!
