  Kyle and the team at Northpointe were fantastic throughout the home buying process! Our realtor (and other mortgage lenders) couldn't believe the rate we secured and said there must be a catch. A part of me was also waiting for 'a catch', but one never came. We're through the process now with a great rate, lower than expected closing costs. Additionally, the Northpointe team actually answers the phone, first time every time, no call centers and transfers or automated answering machines - what a relief!

  I recently worked with Corbin to get the loans on a couple of investment properties and from the very beginning he was helpful and straight forward with the answers. I had called other lenders prior to Northpointe and they were in many cases trying to sell something that I didn't need, or offering unrealistic possibilities. Corbin always kept me informed every step of the way. His good attitude and customer service are definitely a plus when dealing with banks as well.

  I worked with Corbin Radabaugh and Northpointe Bank to do 3 investment property mortgages in 2019. Corbin managed to close all of those mortgages in a timely manner.   Northpointe and specifically Corbin have been very beneficial in my real estate ventures. They provide loans at a lower minimum than anyone else I have found, and their interest rates have been very competitive. Corbin is very responsive, replying by email on the same day, and I have been able to close on properties within 30 days. I will be staying with Northpointe and Corbin for the foreseeable future.
