Bank with Park National if you like inconveniences. The people working for them don’t know what they are doing. I’ve had to go into this branch 3 times for a simple name change from marriage. It’s absolutely ridiculous. They keep “misplacing” files and paperwork that I signed. That’s scary. That is my personal information, they can’t keep track of my personal documents. I will be closing my account with them because I truly don’t believe they are a trustworthy bank. Seriously disappointed in their online banking as well. Always glitching and shut down. DON’T BANK HERE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Avoid Park National at all costs! They “lost” my wife’s personal documents that had her social security number on them. DON’T TRUST THIS BANK! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!

This review isn't necessarily about this particular branch, but Park National Bank as a whole. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I've had checking, savings, business checking, HELOCs, and my parents established their trust with Park National. Their service used to be decent, but recently, they've made changes that show they don't care for their customers. I'm currently in the process of moving all of my accounts to another bank, and I'd advise anybody else to stay far, FAR away from Park National. During the pandemic, when my business was shut down, I approached Park National about applying for a PPP loan. Despite being a loyal customer for so long, they wouldn't even process my application. When my funds dipped low (because we received no assistance), transactions were processed in such a way that maximized the number of times they could charge me for overdraft fees, regardless of when the transaction actually took place. As a result, when we fell on hard times, Park National managed to nickel and dime my family for anything they could get, costing us hundreds of dollars. Recently, they've made changes to their online banking. You can no longer transfer funds online between a business account (even for a sole proprietorship) and a personal account. You can also no longer advance funds from a HELOC to a personal checking or savings account. Their new online banking system is clunky, cluttered, and slow, whenever it is actually working (they seem to perform maintenance at least weekly, during which your accounts will be inaccessible). They will randomly close accounts that have low balances without speaking to you first. Their communication is poor in general. They have no problem spamming you their newsletters, but you'll be lucky if they contact you about your accounts or anything actually pertinent to your finances (unless they're trying to sell you something). I've tried to get them to mail me cards for years, but I always end up having to pick the cards up from the closest branch, because they can't seem to mail those to me. They already have a limited number of locations and ATMs, and this year they've closed more locations. I now have to drive 2 cities over to the closest branch to me, which takes about 20 minutes, one-way. On the way, I pass 3 branches for my new bank. They simply can't compete with the convenience or reliability of the larger banks. The people inside the branches have always been nice, so I have no complaint there. Their customer-facing employees are generally very helpful, but their customer service can't compensate for the lack of awareness by their CEO and board. I'm really sad I had to write this review, as I DID enjoy banking with Park National. But they've obviously lost sight of what made them great in this area, so I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Only using 2 stars because of the wait time. The employees are very helpful and nice. I'm currently sitting in line. There were 6 people in front of me when I got here at 4:20pm. It is now 5:02pm and there are now 3 people in front of me. Update: it took over 1 hour for me to get up to the window. I will avoid this location from now on.
