  First-Knox has been handling my finances for years now and I've never had any major issues with them. Accounts have always been secure and customer service at most of the branches superb. Any issues are often confronted and fixed in a timely manner. Preference The Coshocton Ave Branch as it's typically the fastest and friendliest tellers. Coshocton Ave traffic is a nightmare which makes for getting in and out a huge hassle, but, that's more on the cities over population and growth then the bank itself. My advise, go out the back and hit the light.

  It's a Walmart what can I say. Food and supplies are well stocked - even for covid ! People are wearing masks and thats a good thing.
