  Nick took me back right away and got my new checking account with Park National Bank opened. I had a very tight schedule today and he answered all of my questions promptly and had me out the door in very little time. Later I stopped back through and made another deposit with prompt service. Glad I chose this bank!

  Levi Curry was the loan officer that we saw for a mortgage loan. He was lazy in the process and didn't get back to us in a timely manner. After 2 weeks we emailed him, his response was " sorry for delays I’ll be in touch". We decided to go with another bank that was able to approve our loan in 2 days. After 26 days we still hadn't heard from him. Happy we went somewhere else. We will never use First Knox for anything.

  I've been waiting to receive a refund for over two weeks after I paid cash on an installment loan. The next day they deducted money from my account After four phone calls later I'm still not receiving my reimbursement due to me. I've been informed twice the check is in the mail. They can electronically pull money automatically out of my banking account why can't they electronically return it in a matter of a short period of time. Of course when I asked to speak to a supervisor he was in a meeting

  Im only giving one star because i couldn't go lower. I went to first knox in MT. Vernon to get a mortgage. Meet with Levi Curry in person applied for the mortgage and handed him over all requested documents he said he would be in touch. Over two weeks later emailed him, he replied with he will be in touch, 3 weeks later still have not heard from him. Because of waiting on him lost out on two homes I would consider dream homes. I applied for a mortgage with Unionhomemortgage they had me approved in less than 3 hours and have been in contact every step of the way. First knox lost out on 400k in business

  I will never do any business with FKNB again. During my time as a car loan customer, I encountered some of the rudest customer service representatives I have ever spoken to. In addition to very poor customer service, they are unwilling to work with their customers during financially difficult times. There are no options for deferments and they do not waive their fees for any reason whatsoever. They care about their money and that's it. If you get some sort of loan, DO NOT get one here.

  This bank has poor customer service. Do not do business with them, they do not trust there customers and they with hold money on your account for ten days. Worst bank I ever dealt with. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT THERE MONEY!!! You are better off riding a bike than getting an auto loan through them.

  Jessica Davis was our mortgage lending agent and she did a phenomenal job! Went above and beyond to help us through the process! Great experience!

  My recent experience with First-Knox was dealing with my mother's estate after she passed away. The person who helped me, Sammi, was friendly, helpful, and a joy to interact with. She (and the rest of the folks there) made a difficult time more bearable.

  I give one star because I can't go any lower i had my bank info stolen 3 times and had to fight with them to give me back my money these charges occur way out of state and I don't travel i also had overdraft protection and since the switch they have overdraft my account and I am losing a significant amount of money I have tried to fight this but they always say they can't do anything about it and would i like to pay my negative balance no i wouldn't and shouldn't have to i have overdraft protection for a reason so this doesn't happen ridiculous after banking with them since I was 15 i am done
