This is a small town bank that offers excellent services. It's the kind of place where everyone remembers your name and go out of their way to help you when you have an issue or you need help with something out of the ordinary. I highly recommend them. They are extremely helpful and friendly folks and the corporate office always answers the phone whenever you call. You would never get this kind of service from a large bank. They actually care about you here.

I have never had anyone be rude to me in the 20 or thirty years I've done business with them.. So if anyone says that are it was probably the other way around.

I've had a few problems with the staff being rude. It took 5 weeks to get a new card when I lost one. When I call with a question I get transferred to the Springfield branch. They always ask me for my SS#, I hate saying it when customers around me
