  Use to love coming here up until I brought a 2018 laptop in to sell, it wasn’t the fact I didn’t sell it that upset me but how they wanted to tell me what it wasn’t (the year, the battery ect). I worked for Dell for 3years and Apple going on 12yrs the Dell was 100% OEM nothing after market and the pretty much called me a liar to my face

  This place is very family oriented and they are good people I love going in there if you need to go to a pawn shop this is the place to go!!! Thanks guy's for being so great!

  I have come to Loan Star Pawn for a couple years now and up until just now it has been a pleasant business relationship. I have always done all of my business with them. I believe in Xenia small businesses and give my full support. Today I come in with my son to pawn a 10 karat gold genuine diamond ring brand new in the box with the tag still on it priced at $498 I don't know what made him treat me so disrespectfully but I was offered $75 for the ring accompanied with the comment you probably bought these on credit. I have receipts proving I paid for my purchases in full as I do with any and all transactions. I was appalled at the level of disrespect given to me after all the business we've done together. I always can pay and pick up the items that I pawn. I understand that it's a small town and a small business so I've never had an issue with the low amounts offered for my items as I said before I support our local small businesses 100%. I don't appreciate the way I was treated and hope that it doesn't happen to anybody else but I'm very upset and that was extremely uncalled for.

  Are you going to be amazed, no. However, they do have a collection that is worth a look depending in what your interested in. From musical instruments, tools, and Weapons. It never hurts to call, you might find that diamond in the rough.

  The guys in here have always been nice to me. Always reasonable on my items. Always a fair price. I deal with them regularly and they are never judgemental of me. I have left Jewelry family heirlooms there with confidence nothing will be stolen or lost. Great group of guys...

  With me being a Christian I had taken down my previous review. Upon great thought I am going to put it back up. As being a part of this community your customers services needs to be more considered. Because, not only are you helping us, we're also helping you. I was hoping after reading my post, the one person would have needed to be trained in friendly customer service skills. If you don't want bad reviews, try to be aliitle considerate to your customers. Kindness goes a long way.

  I love this place. I terrific deals. They assist me when I have a question and they shoot real straight didn't steer me in wrong direction. Been really happy with all my purchases and have referred others to this pawn shop.

  Absolute terrible customer service and lack of knowledge considering the fact i went in first with a sony vaio " all in one" touch screen computer and they didnt take it because it was running windows 7. Then i went in and tried to trade a brand new and unwrapped i phone 6s in which they offered me ONLY 100$ FOR!! Just unacceptable, do not go here to trade your stuff.
