  I appreciate the personal touch and service that has been given to me by the entire staff. Things like calls / text messages to remind me of payment due . Very friendly, out going staff that makes you feel like family. Very professional, responsive and through with getting things done. When I've had claims, there are NO questions asked . They get it DONE and PAID. My only complaint if there is one is the ever increasing cost ( along with the cost of living expenses)that everyone gets. It would be nice to have a more individualized policy and maybe once in a blue moon the price goes down as a reward for not having claims. Great insurance company to work with for personal and business needs. I have been with them 30 years and my parents 30 years before me. Would not think of going anywhere else.

  Best insurance!!!! I love them, they always make sure I understand and have everything I need. When I forget to pay they always make sure I do it so it won't cancel. Honestly I recommended 100%. I'm pretty sure everyone is nice but I have work with Blair and Melissa and they are the nicest persons !!!

  Montgomery Insurance is a very responsive company to their client's needs. Montgomery Insurance is in business to succeed and they know to succeed they must attend to the customers needs. Big, small, or in between size customer ; Montgomery treats us all as if we were their only customer..

  Would love to tell you there great to work with but... They honestly could care less about there customers. We practically always were given the run around with them though we were paying thousands of dollars for them. Needless to say they took it so far they waited till after we left to tell a company we work for that we do not have insurance which was false. Costing us a couple thousand dollars over the course of a few days. Best thing I can tell you is find a place who works for your business and wants you. Also makes sure you have the right insurance and forms.

  Hi Andrew. We were waiting to respond to your review as you mentioned you were going to remove it after we contacted you to discuss but because it is still here taunting us we want to make sure and respond. Like we discussed via phone, our agency did not tell anyone you did not have insurance. We provide what are called “proofs of insurance” or “insurance certificates” for multiple clients daily. This is one of the most common insurance transactions done in commercial insurance and is used for companies, compliance & customers to verify a business has proper insurance in place and/or meets their specific insurance requirements to stay complaint. Your business decided to switch to another insurance agency at your renewal in April 2020 and we no longer represented Rudd’s Mobile Services or had control of your insurance policies… you were no longer a client of Montgomery by your choice. On September 24th, 2020, 5 months after moving your business, someone from a compliance company e-mailed our agency asking for proof of insurance for your company. We obviously can’t provide proof of insurance for someone that isn’t our client so we replied with “our agency no longer insures Rudd’s Mobile Services”. We are truly sorry this caused you so many problems and cost you jobs. In most situations the company looking for proof would have reached back out to the business (you) to find out who was providing your current insurance or the compliance company requesting the proof of insurance would have the correct agency to contact. While we were and are disappointed with how things ended between your business and our agency, we are extremely happy to know you have continued to grow and are doing well. Good luck with Rudd’s and we are sorry our relationship didn’t end with rave reviews for each other. We appreciate your past business and hope you continue to see success!

  After several years with Charlie doing our home and business taxes we have no worries and concerns when tax time arrives! We went from shoe boxes of receipts and tears to smiles and file forms! We recommend them to anyone and everyone. You start out business acquaintances and quickly become friends.
