  Genuinely some of the kindest and most helpful people in Lexington. Everyone there is dedicated to helping people find what will help them financially while also being sweet and gracious. The office ladies, Lauren, Brooke, and Amy, have all been with the CU for years and it shows through their vast knowledge. Mary and Sarah work the front line with smiles and helpful hearts!!!! I love this credit union and don't plan on leaving any time soon. :)

  The staff was really amazing. Lauren was great she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted and checked on multiple times. We arrived a bit late due to traffic. One of the guys(Raymond?) introduced himself and thanked us for coming. Very nice welcoming friendly bank! We are happy to continue business at Park!

  Love Park! Got a car loan for Carvana purchase and they matched a lower rate I got elsewhere. Super smooth transaction and loan officers Katie and Jessica were super helpful with great communication. Brooke at Lexington branch amazing too. Highly recommend!!

  Lauren opened a business account for me and walked me through the process. She was very personable and professional. It was a pleasant experience and worth the 30 minute drive.

  When I bought my pick up truck, my loan was with Park Community Credit Union. The very first person I had spoke with was Valerie. She is the very best person I have ever spoke with. Anytime I had a question, or had to inquire about something, she always returned my calls in a timely manner. She always had a solid answer for me. She was always clear about anything she told me, easy to understand, her communication skills are superb. Valerie is the very best. Everytime I have been to that branch, all the employees have always been nice, and friendly. There's never been a long line there, as the employees are fast at getting people through there. The lobby is always clean, and there's plenty of parking outside, and the parking lot was clean each time I've been there as well. If I ever need to get another loan, I will go to Park Community Credit Union, and speak to Valerie. I know and trust she will point me in the right direction.   Park Community is a TOP NOTCH Credit union. I have banked with them for over 10 years and have always been treated wonderfully! The Branch Manager has personally thanked me for my continued business and is always a pleasure to talk to. I have recommended several people to the Branch Manager and they have all been very pleased with her service. I would highly recommend Park Community to everyone.
