  I become a Parda member in 2017 and would highly recommend this credit union. All the staff always welcomes you with a smile and are so polite and professional. I no longer work where I become a member, however I have maintained my account and do everything remotely still receiving the same wonderful service. My husband and I needed a small loan so we could consolidate and pay off a couple of higher interest rate debts. Leigh Hope was wonderful and called me with a great PARDA loan offer with a low fix rate. She was very knowledgeable and processed all the paperwork in a very timely manner. The whole process from start to finish was complete within a week and half and the monies will be available within 3 days. Leigh Hope made this such an easy, smooth and pleasant experience even being states apart (I’m in CT and Leigh is in MI) she deserves a big shout out and THANK YOU!!! Kathy / Ray M. Milford, CT

  Parda is the best Credit Union in town. They have taken care of my family for years and in some ways feel like extended Family. Most recently Selena was able to address my questions and provide resolution through the ever so nifty account chat feature. I love PARDA FCU!

All of the people at MSC, Parda are friendly, knowledgeable, and have an I can help you attitude. This is one customer service line I don’t regret calling or chatting because I know they will be quick, efficient, and happy to assist.

  I had found a couple of unauthorized charges on my account. I contacted Parda Credit Union online services immediately for help. They were able to give all the information I need to get everything, cleared up and taken care of in minutes. So wonderful!! Thanks 😊 So much Parda Credit Union!

  Parda has a gem in Nicole Harris. I hit a deer on Monday of last week, the insurance company totaled my car on Friday. While sitting in the nail salon I called Nicole and we did the application on the phone. Before I left she had already called me back and told me I was Pre-Approved. She was so courteous, helpful and knowledgeable with the entire process. Long story short today is Thursday and I have been riding for 2 days in my new car. I sure hope all of Pardas customer service people are as friendly and knowledgeable as Nicole. I really feel that she cared about my situation and was willing to go the extra mile to get me what I needed. I will definitely send my friends and family to her. Thanks again Nicole Harris you are the best!!!
