      Chase Bank are the worst bank ever I was approved for $10,000 from Amazon first bill that came out almost impossible to make a payment , call them right away to close my account. Can't make a payment using a debit card, you will need a routing number and account number , nonsense. Loose my business

      I am new to Georgia but not new to Chase Bank. This branch has multiple issues. I have actually stood in line while the teller engaged in a personal conversation For approximately nine minutes Until I intervened. On another occasion, I sat down with a banker after waiting approximately 35 minutes, that apparently was not up to speed on the banks policies, procedures and protocols. The business that I conducted on that day should have taken approximately 20 minutes, However it took over an hour to complete my business transactions. One week ago I went into the bank to conduct business that required a banker. After waiting 20 minutes I was told that a banker could not see me and I would have to make an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for today at 9:30 AM. I arrived at the bank at approximately 9:30 AM only to find the bank was closed with no explanation of why. I called Chase customer service to inquire as to why that particular branch was closed and they had no explanation either. Do I chalk this up to poor representation of Chase Bank or??????? If I could give this branch a -10 stars I would do that.

      Mr. Malcolm the Branch Manager and his staff does a professional job of providing good customer service with a smile. I would like to also acknowledged two employees who always provides a helping hand whenever, I'm in the bank a Ms. Csmeralda and a Ms. Isis

      The absolute worst service experience ever. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 15 years of banking with Chase. The service experience was from the manager down to the teller at the window. The manager yelled across the lobby that we needed to go to the tellers to get service. Once at the window, the teller indicated “it is finna be 5pm, so you need to come back tomorrow”. Mind you it was 450pm and she didn’t even ask any details about my needs or concerns. This was not the impression I wanted my grandson to receive upon opening his first account with what I thought was a bank that provided exceptional customer service. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT THE MCDONOUGH GEORGIA BRANCH!

      Came in on a Saturday, during regular business hours, and there aren't any bankers. They told me to make an appointment and come back.

      Moved to the area from Buckhead and it was pretty staggering the difference in service btwn locations. I waited 30+ mins to speak with a banker only to be told to do my transaction online and THEN get back in line to make my deposit. Took more than an hour out of my day. It was a large sum from the sale of a house and I was hoping to talk with a banker about higher interest/investment options but he was apparently too busy to meet - but I sat there watching him unoccupied while I waited in line. Everyone was very nice and friendly, just unhelpful with what I needed. I guess make an appointment if you want any sort of personalized service? I couldn’t figure out HOW to make an appt online or I would have done so.

      WARNING!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS INSTITUTION. If I could have given them no stars I would have. I’ve been a loyal customer for 14 years only for them to treat me like another number in their system. An incident happened where someone tried to deposit a fake check into my account. Instead of notifying me of the situation they shut my account of to me. When talking to several different representatives they tried to make it seem as if it was me who did this. Now in a critical time of need I have to jump through hoops just to try and get the money that is mine from my account. You would think after being a long time customer you would begin to be treated as family, dare say a priority, but I guess that is only service provided for more wealthier clients. I will be switching banks IMMEDIATELY and advise anyone reading this to reconsider opening an account here.

      Not staffed to service potential customers. Went to open a business account, no business specialist was even on site was told to make an appointment to come back. Attempted to make an appointment for Monday morning at 9 am when they open, and was told to give the business specialist an hour to give her time to get settled before an appointment. It became quite apparent at that time this branch was in no position to do business or welcome new clients. Chase, do better.

      I wish i didn’t have to give them a star at all. I have been calling this bank for 3 days. They answered the phone one time and just hung up. Now they don’t answer at all. I set up an account with them last week. And before i was even able to activate my card my account had been blocked. And every time i call to get it unblocked It’s something different every time. This is the worst bank experience i have had in my life.
