  these guys are some of the best in the business. you will be hard pressed to find a more intelligent and organized sales, office and construction team. they are committed to doing the right thing for the customer and to building an exceptional product. the customer is encouraged to participate in the entire process. when you're building a completely custom home, this close partnership with the builder is essential.

  My family and I started the building process with Paragon homes in late fall 2015. As first time home builders we fully expected the process to be overwhelming. We were pleasantly surprised with how easy the entire Paragon team made the end to end process, from selecting the perfect lot, finalizing the home design, choosing our finishes, and monitoring the construction process. I would recommend the Paragon Team to anyone who is thinking about building a home in the greater Pittsburgh area.

  I left an inquiry on their website three weeks ago and a sales agent called me the next day. We spoke for about 20 minutes about my plans in the very near future to build a house on 10 acres and I asked to speak with someone ASAP about a site meeting and getting an estimate. I was told someone would call me the following Monday to set up an appointment. I have yet to hear from them. A little disappointed. It seems like they build beautiful homes, they just don’t follow up well on potential clients.

  Dear Bill and the Paragon Team, I wanted to take an opportunity to write a glowing reference letter on behalf of Paragon Homes. My husband and I just underwent a 9 month process building our dream home and I am happy to report, many months later, that we were not disappointed...that personal touch and level of service was consistent throughout every step of the process, from researching and purchasing land, to construction and financing, to finishing touches and punch list completion. The team at Paragon Homes made us feel like our biggest life investment was a top priority for them. They returned phone calls immediately, they accommodated my schedule with meetings at coffee shops or my home, and they researched EVERY inquiry I made with regards to vendors, pricing, upgrade options, and timelines. As first time home builders, the process can be very daunting but Paragon walked us through every step of the way letting us know what we needed to accomplish in terms of selections and the time frame in which it needed to be completed (Thank you Jackie!) We waited for 4 years looking for the right lot and builder in the South Fayette School District and it was definitely worth the wait. The views of the Deerfield Ridge plan are beautiful overlooking the hills and valleys. It is conveniently located close to the school as well as Bridgeville and Robinson Township. I can honestly say that Paragon Homes and the owner Bill Fink TRULY CARE about not only about the production of your home but making you and your family happy with the process. I have called Bill and his team on evenings and weekends and he always made time for us and our questions. Any concerns that we had I knew that Bill would take care of it…and he always did. In addition, Paragon has a stellar Project Manager, Shawn. He has made all the difference in creating, scheduling, and servicing our home. With his prior knowledge and expertise as a self employed home builder, you are getting the most knowledgeable and detail oriented foreman in the area hands down. Sean knew the schedule of production on our home for months out and already had the contractors scheduled to ensure we stayed on target. I have recommended Paragon to numerous clients and friends of mine, and have shared with many realtors my positive feedback in working with this builder. In addition to the great service, they turned out a quality home and great product. Every vision we had of our dream home became a reality thanks to Paragon Homes.
