  We had numerous questions on day of closing which happened to be the day after Thanksgiving. Katrina N. provided superior service answering all of our questions and most importantly working through resolution of a Wire transfer issue. She was persistent and found work arounds when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the system. As we where headed out of the country the next day there was no room to move the settlement date. She worked closely with Zack and obtained high level authorization for the off normal work arounds. Zack was equally accommodating and professional. Thank you to the superior service of the BCHH team.

  Kelley Wood was a pleasure to work with. The BCCH initial process was complicated and documents should have been sent through docusign or dotloop...but once past the initial process...everything went well especially working with Kelley. She was very responsive and knowledgeable.

  I cannot say enough positive things regarding my recent refinance transaction with Melanie at BCHH; from her initial phone call to her flexibility in scheduling, she was friendly and professional in every way. Not to mention, the transaction itself was seamless! During my closing, my questions were addressed and she took her time explaining all documents. Safety protocols were also in place and followed at their physical office location. After my all-around positive experience, I will certainly be recommending BCHH to others for similar types of transactions - THANK YOU MELANIE!!!

  Wow! As a REALTOR, I was unsure and uneasy about working with an out-of-town "virtual" title company with my sellers but after a few days trying to figure out the system with BCHH, I was led to Lisa Lane. And boy am I happy I was! Lisa calmed my concerns about the business relationship between myself and my sellers and BCHH. She fully explained every step and which ones would be different than I was used to. She then helped me through them and gave me a great timeline for when everything would happen. She was understanding, friendly and empathetic. Most importantly, she communicated frequently and never seemed annoyed by my questions and requests. Had I not been assigned to Lisa in this transaction, I don't know if I could have slept well at night leading up to our closing today! This woman was a life-saver! Thank you,. Lisa!
