  I just recently purchased a used truck, and my experience from the first time I called to speak to a salesman (Gus) until the final paperwork was signed could not have been anymore hassle free. I basically bought the truck over the phone and then went to the dealership to look at it. I was impressed with the level of customer care. Upon my arrival i was greeted by the Gus and we immediately started to inspect the vehicle,there were some things I needed done and as a courtesy they installed a set of step sides at no cost to me. I left the vehicle for them to install the steps and take care of the few things I had found wrong. I returned in 1 week to pick up the truck and everything was ready to go. As I pulled away from the dealership i noticed something not right about the way it was running and returned to have them check into it. They immediately took it to their repair facility and diagnosed it. The mechanic located the part in there warehouse and fixed it right away, only costing me 45 minutes of my time (Hows that for service!) I am enjoying my truck daily and the experience of buying it at Mathews Paoli Ford is second to none. I will send everyone that I know who is looking for a new or used car or truck to them and especially to Gus who's hard work made it possible for me. The Finance manager went above and beyond to get me the lowest rates available and further reduce my monthly payments witch puts money in my pocket (What Dealer do you know that makes you money) I know! Mathews Paoli Ford.....Thanks for everything.

  My wife and I purchased a 2020 Escape on 1/31/2020. Lex Melon, our salesperson searched high and low for the SUV that my wife lived. We are very pleased with all that Paoli Ford and Lex did for us.   Amazing service dept. I was visiting from NC and on 12/30/19 in the evening my water pump gave out. My vehicle was towed to Paoli Ford and Doug S. in service was able to repair my vehicle the next day (New Years Eve, last day of the year) and get me back on the road so I could head home. I know he was extremely busy that day, but he somehow found the time to get my vehicle repaired! Thanks Doug for the great service.

  We had an excellent car buying experience! We didn't feel pressured or rushed throughout and we feel like we got the best deal.   Bob Gillespie was a dream to work with. I came in to lease a 2019 Ford Ranger and he made the process an absolute pleasure. He provided me with multiple options, with and without a trade in, in terms of financing and vehicle options. He involved me in every step of the process, was extremely efficient and was sensitive to my time constraints. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal and had everything set up to get going in my new truck. I will certainly go back to Bob once this lease expires.

  Excellent experience from beginning to end. I switched the maker of my car and Ford assisted in returning my old vehicle for me. Sales reps are great, not pushy, and were willing to accommodate requests and worked with me on price for the best deal. I love my new car (lease) and would highly recommend Ford Paoli in PA!

  Wendy was great to work with! We had one car in mind but she had another comparable option ready for ya when we arrived. We tested them both, worked out a price for the car and trade in, and finished the deal! It was seamless and just a great experience! I would highly recommend her!!

  We bought our CPO explorer on Tuesday and couldn’t be any happier! Leo was amazing and made our sale super smooth! He totally went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was in perfect shape before we left! He was also SUPER pleasent to deal with as far as getting the best price!
