  Ryan Hall and excel mortgage were a godsend. I had been working with a lender who had high fees, a high interest rate, and not the best customer service. When I started to question whether or not this was the right lender, my first call was to Ryan Hall. Immediately I knew the best decision was to switch lenders. Ryan had a competitive rate, less fees, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Also, Ryan and Excel had to meet an expedited deadline, as my settlement date was fast approaching but I didn't want to be stuck with a poor interest rate from a sub-par lender. Ryan's team work tirelessly to meet deadlines, also keeping me up to date on his progress. What made Ryan's customer service so excellent was when my old mortgage lender refused to release my new home's appraisal, which would've left me having to pay $500, Ryan and excel covered the cost. He understood what I was going through as a young, first time home buyer, and I couldn't recommend his services more.

  Ryan and his team were phenomenal! Our first mortgage was through a local bank which was a nightmare. When buying our second and now forever home we were referred to Excel. Not only did Ryan have a much better rate than what the same local bank I was using had, they had lower fees and actually cared about helping us close a mortgage. The original bank couldn't even answer simple questions where Ryan and his team answered complicated ones. We converted our first home to a rental property while trying to get a loan on the new house, needless to say we needed an expert. We found that expert at Excel! On top of having better rates the customer service was second to none. Anyone who is looking for a mortgage needs to do themselves a favor and call Ryan and Excel mortgage, you will be glad you did!

  We closed on a house in West Chester, PA and we are very happy with the way that Excel took us through the mortgage process. Chris Pappa and Mary Harrington are both knowledgable, professional, courteous, and responsive. I am a bit skeptical by nature so I did some homework on rates and fees from other lenders including the big online brokers. Chris was offering a great rate with comparably low fees and I took comfort in knowing that they were a local group that I could physically meet with as opposed to an anonymous online broker. Anyway, we were vey happy with our experience. Would certainly recommend.

  I have done a traditional mortgage and refinancing through Ryan and his team, it couldn't have gone better. They make things very easy and clear, and most importantly they follow up.
