  Tere and Shawn were absolutely amazing while working on my VA loan for my retirement home. They were available to answer any questions any time and got me the best rate possible! The Palmetto State Home Mortgage team lead by Alex Parham was a blessing to work with. Between her and Christina Cochran, all my fears of buying a home was erased. Alex worked tirelessly to make the home buying process as easy and enjoyable as possible. It didn't matter what time of day or night, she was always available to answer my questions. She and her team took away all my anxieties and made me feel at ease. The builder asked for a near impossible closing date, we made it only because of Alex and Christina.
