      The worst experience I’ve had with a bank period. I made the mistake of refinancing with Pacific Premier Bank and they have made the experience as inconvenient as you can imagine. From lies to promises that were never kept , the bank and their dishonest employees including Arlet Hur and Rouben Drake are the reason to stay away from this bank. Do yourself a favor and bank with another institution.

      Sheila and her entire staff are simply amazing. They are attentive to each customer's needs and they strive to make sure every customer is taken care of timely and leaves the branch with a smile on their faces. Given the hustle and bustle of daily life, running to the bank becomes a chore but not when you visit this branch! Five stars!

      I LOVE this bank! I have been a long time customer here and prefer it to any other bank. The whole staff is so friendly and helpful anytime they are needed. They have a very personalized way of banking. They know their clients by first names and treat all their clients like family. I would recommend this bank to anyone for their banking and loan needs.

      It isn't very often that I feel compelled to write a review for a business however I have gotten such amazing service from Sheila and her team at the Pacific Premier Bank in Encino - that I wanted to share my experience with everyone who would take the time to read reviews on a banking institution. I should note that I moved out of the area but stayed with the Encino branch of the Pacific Premier Bank because Sheila has made it easier to serve our business banking needs than starting over at a new bank.
