  The staff here are friendly and the branch atmosphere facilitates business. However, the chain will add fees to no end. Great branch, poor banking chain.

  I have never had a better bank experience in my life than at this location as there service is unmatched. I opened my new business account with Cathy and Jeanette and they took care of all my needs, answered my questions, and were very honest with me. A few days after opening my account I had a great follow up that definitely means I opened up the right banking relationship.

  The absolute worst customer service. I banked with Chase for 5 years. I opened up a joint account with my college age daughter. We opened account as she was leaving the country to study abroad. Without rhyme or reason they closed the account while we were traveling. They did not mail out the money in the account for at least 3 weeks. They left my daughter without access to money. The personal banker said “this is strange” and offered no solutions. So I closed out my account. He didn’t seem to care. The manager that opened up the account for my daughter didn’t even bother to speak to me. I still don’t have the money from the account.

  After experiencing their customer support, I switched my accounts from Wells Fargo to Chase Bank and haven't looked back since. I highly recommend this branch (I don't have experience with other branches) if you're looking for a new bank.
