  Ali is amazing. I always worry that these kinds of things are scams, but after seeing so many great reviews, I contacted Ali to give it a try. I had two lates from Macy's because of a family medical emergency. I tried to remove them myself, but Macy's refused to budge. A month after Ali took my case, Macy's agreed to remove the lates and my credit improved so much. Ali was extremely professional and easy to work with. I was very pleasantly surprised with how it all worked out. Even better, Ali gave my partner advice for free for how to improve credit.
