  I got the pleasure of being refereed to Kyle Obbink by one of my friends that happens to be a Real Estate agent.   shady business!!! didn't follow through with numbers "promised" at closing. Update: Its sad that it took a bad review to get a response from the owner despite several attempts to contact, and my promise fulfilled. My issue had "nothing" to do with the banks tactics. It was simply a promise made by the broker(which I discovered after the fact' it was a personal promise and not one made by the company). That being said I have worked with Josh on several transactions in the past that went well!

  Get with Skip and he will get you taken care of hands down!!!I was a first time home buyer and he helped me through the entire step flawlessly.
