  Robert Newcomer was my loan consultant and working with his team was great. Robert came in when my previous lender fell through. Robert and his team Tara and Hunter of Center Street Lending helped pick up where things got left off and got our deal done on our investment property. Things took a bit longer than expected in certain aspects of closing (very long appraisal and funding to the title company came a day later after closing than expected) but all in all the team was very responsive and helpful. I plan on using them again. I’m interested in seeing how the rehab draws will work. I’ll update once that process begins.

  Jeremiah and his team at Center Street Lending came through for me. From first application to closing in exactly 2 weeks and they probably could have funded a day or two sooner but we weren't ready to close! The rates and fees were exactly like we were quoted with no surprises. This was our first time using them, it went smoothly and I'm sure the next one will be even easier.
