  We refinanced our home with Mark O'Toole. He was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! Kept in contact with us and lead us through every step. He was even able to get us a whole percentage lower than what was promised in the beginning. Because of Mark we are saving over $500 a month on our mortgage. We can't thank him enough! I highly recommend Mark, he is a hard worker and will get you what you need!

  2022 Update to add that we are STILL clients of PCHM and wouldn't think of going anywhere else- they are the BEST! 3 years ago: Mark and his team made the home buying process easy and smooth for us. It's a tough market and since he can do both the loan and the real estate transaction it made things much easier and more smooth for us and took away the problems that happen when the bank and real estate are separate and often miscommunicating. My husband and I are both self employed so he took our complicated financial situation and found funding that worked for us. We would definitely work with him again and refer him to our friends!

  We needed to refinance our mortgage to pay off a large amount of debt, so we searched online for a mortgage broker with the best reviews. Mark O’Toole was the best candidate. I was very impressed with his interactive website that gives all the info needed for different loan types at the current rates. I really appreciated the fact that I didn’t need to give my personal information and expect a phone call before I had access to this information. Once I got to the request for my SS# on the online application, I stopped because I wanted to check another option before our credit was pulled. At that point, Mark called, and he couldn’t have been nicer. He asked how he could help and assured me that he would not pull the credit until I was ready. Mark was willing to go through all the scenarios with me and offered possible options based on what I thought I knew about our credit report, title and 1st mortgage. After sending all the docs and he pulled the report, the situation was more complicated than we thought. Mark was very patient and responsive to all my questions. He was always quick to get back to me by email or pick up the phone. He was straight forward about what we could and couldn’t qualify for and very thorough and understanding in his explanations. I was very impressed with the entire experience with Mark and can highly recommend Pacific Coast Home Mortgage & Real Estate Inc.
