  Ive talked to numerous associates including and supervisors regarding their automated system not working and they've never fixed it Update: Called Kate who was more confused than helpful. She said she would call me back regarding the automated system not working and then never did

  This place is awesome! Super friendly and professional! Especially Lily, she’s always been willing to help me even at random times. She’s very kind and helpful. Because of her customer service I highly recommend this place to anyone! I’ve only had good/positive experiences here.

  Terrible bank. Do not apply for an auto-loan through here. Customer service sucks. If you have direct deposit and you get stationed away from California, youll have a hard time getting a hold of them. I Highly advise anyone to bank else where. They wont tell you that you have a negative balance on your closed account until you end up in collections. I already got screwed over twice banking with Pacific Marine credit union. Stuck paying for a car that i dont even have in my possession anymore. If i could, i would rate 0 stars.

  I have been a member for over 10 years, never had a delinquent account, always had direct deposit including my 5 years of military service. Any time I have attempted to get a loan or credit card regardless of my credit score I have been denied even after the credit agents told me that I would be approved because I make more than what is required and that I fall into the approval credit ratings. This place is terrible and I hope they dont force Marine corps recruits to join anymore

  I've always been treated very well here. Chase bank treated me like a target for fees. Frontwave treats me like a valued partner. It's been great.

  The whole front wave bank it self sucks sure they help but when u call your on hold for about 20 min at least then half the time they can’t help u and on the weekends u can’t get a hold of them at all and they lock my app all the time don’t use front wave coming from a marine.

  Poor customer service i ask for an envelope and they just threw on the desk they didnt even put my money there they were been rude...dont recommend this branch...
