  I have been very skeptical about dealing with loan brokers as I believed that there is no need for a middleman who will get paid for something you can do yourself. Oh, boy - how it is so away from the truth. Even being an owner of commercial and residential properties, I did not know how much I didn't know. And believing that you can overcome the scrutiny and obstacles on the way of obtaining a loan has caused me the loss of 2 wonderful properties. After contacting about 2 dozens of banks, getting a cold shoulder and when the hope seemed very murky, I decide to swallow my pride and ask for a help.   Steve is an amazing loan officer. He helped my family and me to buy a house with 0 down payment. He guided me through the whole process of buying a house until the escrow was closed.   Had a very pleasant, professional experience with Manny & his team. I appreciated working with someone as experienced as Manny.
