  Just closed my refinance with Arton and loan factory. Arton gave me the best rates and updated with daily lender credits and locked me on the day when the credits were enough to cover the closing costs. I bounced to another lender during the process who offered me better deal which was a lie and waste of my time but Arton continued to help me. Arton was very straightforward in his conversations, explained me the loan details with a lot of patience. With Arton it was the best experience even when compared to past refinances.   Arton was knowledgeable, efficient and effective. His advice was spot on and so helpful, and we got our loan very quickly (many people told us how much longer theirs took). Alma was right on top of every step with the paperwork, and her cheerful voice when she called to keep us updated or to facilitate some needed paperwork was marvelous!
