Chase Bank Reviews

Avi Juni1I've banked with this Chase branch for many years. I recently became a victim of identity theft. There was as many as 4 unknown people logged into my account online at once. Long story short they told me it was my fault and that I should keep better track of my money. They gave me none of my money back it's been 8 months and I still have not received anything back from them. Which basically caused me to go into serious financial hardship. I almost defaulted on my car loan and my credit score dropped dramatically due to this fraudulent activity and technically they let this happen to me in the first place! You'd think they would actually care about their customers, but since I look like a POC I guess they just make their own assumptions. If I'm supposed to be keeping better track of my money then what am I paying you for again? Just wondering. Do better.

Nolan Walker1They wouldnt allow me to withdrawal from my savings even though I had two valid forms of photo ID. Went to the Stonestown Branch with the same ID and had zero issues.

Lucho Bravo2Not very professional personnel, not very friendly, distrustful, inflexible. They don't answer the phone, and when they do try to get off with any excuse not to provide assistance.

Vanessa S1Horrible experience. I already have an account with Chase, and this experience at this branch did not reach my demands. I had to go to another Chase branch to fix the mistakes that this branch did not fulfill. Will not recommend this place.
