  Bought a Toyota Camry 07 2 years ago for a great price. Car was great and the guy Rich was pretty cool. He is ghetto but he's just like my friends and family so he made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Found out he was friends with one of my co workers from my job. I would like to finance a good car from him hopefully he will work with me if I decide to get one from him. 👌🏾👌

  My wife and I we're down on our luck when it came to purchasing a new vehicle due to our credit situation we tried everywhere that advertised no credit needed and it was either bogus or wanted and outrageous down payment I came across pacific auto sales and one of the vehicles caught my wife's eye so we said what the heck what's the worst that could happen we get turned down? Nothing new to us, so I sent a message and told the owner Rich my situation and didn't want to waste either of our time. He replied back 3 separate messages (call me) , (His phone number), and (I will have you in this car in 30 minutes) no word to lie he did just that after filling out the paper work it was within minutes of 30 minutes and he told us we were approved. I highly recommend Pacific auto sales to anyone!!! Not just people with bad credit I mean anybody because he has a great selection of vehicles and he has great people skills, super personality and Honest. Best of all my family is in a nice safe reliable car and my wife is happy. Thank you again pacific auto sales!!!! We will be seeing you in the future

  I just bought a 2002 Saturn L100 from here and the car is in pristine condition! Super low miles and such a good price. Also, the employees are amazing! I didn't feel pressured, they weren't breathing down my back. I went to a few dealerships after looking at the Saturn and could not find a better deal or a car in such good condition anywhere else. So I immediately went back to Pacific Auto Sales and the transaction was a breeze. I will definitely come back if I need another car in the future! Thank you so much!

  Bought a 2007 Nissan Altima that I absolutely LOVE!!! I purchased the car for a great price, everywhere else the price was jacked up for this same exact car. Before buying the car I brought it MY mechanic and all check out. I never felt pressured one time, it was such an easy non-stressful transaction, Rich was honest and up front with me right from the door. - My overall experience was great and I would recommend family and friends to Rich for their next car.   Bought a car from Mark who was great to work with. Initially I was quite hesitant as it's a small shop and had some mixed reviews but my experience was very positive. Mark was honest and transparent and we got the car we wanted for a great price. I took the car to my mechanic and everything was perfect as Mark had stated. Would recommend buying a car from here and specifically working with Mark.

  I was having bad luck on finding a car as well as getting financed due to bad credit. Rich worked as hard as he could and got me put into a newer reliable car with an affordable plan as well as made sure everything on the car was up to date with no problems. Very credible and reliable dealer. Would definitely recommend to anyone out there looking.

  Unfortunately I cannot give a negative stared review, because that’s what this auto shop deserves. This place is way far from a one star. This “company” sold my friends parents a car for her, and told her she could pick it up in four days. Days after the other “owner” (who was not the one who sold them the car) called her and said she needed to come pick her deposit up immediately because she got it for an extremely low price and it was a “big mistake”. We then called the owner who sold the car and he said there were no problems with her purchase and the 4 days still stood. Days later, with no contact from either owners, someone from the shop called her and and stated there were multiple problems that could not be fixed (simply because they wanted to sell the car for the price they believed it should’ve originally been sold for). There is a huge lack of communication among employees and they are clearly only out for your money. She went down to talk to the owners and try to understand what was going on, one employee then started screaming at her again saying selling her the car was a “big mistake” and even went as far to threaten her stepfather. My friend then was so confused and just wanted her deposit back at this point. They continue screaming saying they don’t have any cash to give her, although the shop is “cash only.” Eventually they tried to give her a check that was probably going to bounce due to lack of funds in their account (which I’m sure is what they hoped would happen). She knew not to take the check and as soon as she said she would get her parents to come down and figure things out they MYSTERIOUSLY had $500 cash lying around to give her. This “business” is nothing less than a scam and needs to be shut down.

  Traveled 4.5 hours to buy a car from them. Not disappointed. Found a great VW Beetle online.... where? Pacific Auto Sales 299 miles from my home!! They were more than happy to honestly answer all of my questions through messaging and responded very quickly. My daughter and I felt confident enough with their customer service to make the trip. Everything went smoothly and exactly as expected. Honest place that truly cares about their customers. We drove the Beetle home that same evening without any issues!! Thank you Pacific Auto for everything! Ask for Richie, you won't be disappointed.

  Very unimpressed with the quality of most of these cars. I stood outside the car to check all the lights on the car before we took it out and the dealer assured everything worked perfectly, yet both the brake lights were out. The ignition jumped quite a few times while we were driving it and he offered to knock like $100 off. While I was checking the lights, he seemed very concerned that I was a cop checking the plate. He mentioned this multiple times. I've never known another car dealer to be so paranoid about cops coming by. He also kept talking about how much money he makes from the cars, which is extremely inappropriate and also totally unbelievable based on the clothes he was wearing. Overall, I felt extremely sketched out and dirty being there. Would NOT buy from here. I don't trust this guy at all.

  I got scammed earlier in the day by a used car salesman and was pretty upset. I called pacific auto and was told if i get my money back from the other dealership they will give me same price on same model truck i bought earlier. They were true to there word and the truck is ten times nicer than the one i got my money back for. They really helped me and saved the day. Super grateful.
