      Could not be happier with my decision to switch to this bank! I went in today to sign up for a checking and savings account. All of my past experiences with this were to walk in, hand over money and leave. The women who helped me today, Jessica, was friendly, intelligent but mostly kind! She didn’t rush me and she thoroughly reviewed my credit report with me, answering all my questions with compassion. She asked me what my goals were and even though I had never met her before I left there feeling like she she actually cared to see me reach them. Customer service at its finest. If you are looking for more than a place to hold your money, I highly recommend Jessica at NET!

      Yet again NET CREDIT UNION disappoints me after so many years of banking with them. They like to withdraw money from your checking account for other NET accounts such as short term loans, auto and so forth without approval nor you even having the account on AUTO PAY. I was originally advised you're allotted a 15 day grace period to submit a payment for ANY account you may have with net. However I was just advised by a manger (forgot to obtain name) that that's a "courtesy" and not guaranteed, so which is it ??? These people are nothing but inconsiderate crooks I always do the right thing and pay however I am going through a hardship and was going to pay within the 15 day grace period i was clearly advised was acceptable originally. I am officially transferring all of my accounts over to a different bank and never looking there way again. The consistent bad reviews say a lot about this bank.

      Absolutely terrible bank. Terrible service. Terrible website. They’re so behind with technology and their customer service is terrible. So many frustrating inconveniences from this bank that wouldn’t happen with other banks.

      Pat Dolan always helps when I have a question or a problem. However Lexy who I never met only talked to on the phone is like a thorn in my side. Always fast and rude. More employees should be like Pat. Takes the time to help and you leave knowing the problem is solved.

      Would really like to be able to deposit cash on Sunday nights, through atm. I took funds from one account at NET. Got charged a fee, so the machine said. Then it would only take checks for deposit. So now I'm stuck with a fee too much cash and a deposit that absolutely needed to be made because I was just to busy early in the week. Also this happens often on Sunday nights. No issues other wise. Photo checking would be sweet! Thanks

      I have been with NET for 13 years. I am so glad I switched my account from a traditional bank and became a member of the credit union. They are always extremely accommodating when money has been taken out of my account they handle it immediately. When I need a car loan, they financed it. When needed a personal loan I received it at only 4%, which is excellent. I would never leave this credit union, the care about their members in a way I've that excels other loans, etc. Highly recommend them

      I’ve been a customer here since I was 16 years old. I am now 26, 10 years later. I just got off the phone with NET after a 20 minute conversation with the Teller and then she went to go speak with the Branch Manager. They closed my account due to a new fee that they enacted during covid “dormant account fee” so my account that I’ve had with them of over 10 years that had a balance in it, was charged a fee so it would be brought to $0 and then they closed my account. I’m never using NET again due to this. We will remember which banks took as rage of their customers during COVID.

      Am a customer for 30 years, did shop around and found their services and rates were consistently better than the competition. Like the newer features of having a copy of the check deposit on your receipt at the ATM, and being able to take a picture of a check to deposit it rather than going to the Credit Union. It's everything I need in at a bank, but at this Credit Union!

      Told them to cancel my debit card because of suspicious activity. Waited 3 weeks called to see why I didn't get it... Because they never cancelled it . meanwhile I am waiting out at the road to go to a drive thru teller because you cant enter the building. And this new digital banking still waiting since Tuesday for them to email me a temp password 😠

      This awful institution gave my obviously ailing 78 year old mother an automatic debit car loan. 6 months later, she became sicker and had to go into a nursing home (which took all of her money). I asked for help, but they continued to take her money. They repossessed the car which we asked them to, but continued to harass our family for money, even after she died a month later. They were simply horrible especially the female manager whose name I’ve since forgotten. We were going through a stressful, very bad time and they only made it so much worse.
